What it is.
- A handful of agency owners who are actually running AI in their agencies, in one room, talking to each other. Not a webinar, not a pitch, not a product tour.
- Whatever you're building on. Session one covered Claude, Google Workspace, Slack, Momentum, PL Rating, Formstack and a plain SQL database. Which connector it runs through is beside the point.
- Administrative work, not agency work. Data entry, carrier reports, moving documents, pipeline stages — not the part of the job that needs a licensed human talking to a client.
- An unsolved problem is as welcome as a finished build. Most of what made session one worth the hour was somebody describing a thing that didn't work yet.
- Nobody is selling anything. There's a lot of paywalling around this topic right now. This isn't that.
- Turnout doesn't matter. If three people show up, it's a good conversation with three people.
